Absentee Ballots:
Applications to vote by absentee ballot in the November 7, 2023 election are available online, by mail and in person. The online portal can be reached through the Town Clerk’s page on the Cheshire website, www.cheshirect.org, where an application may also be printed. Voters may call 203-271-6601 to request an application by mail. Voters may receive the ballot in person at the Town Clerk’s office, Town Hall, 84 South Main St. from 8:30 am – 4:00 pm M-F. The Town Clerk’s Office will be open for additional hours on Saturday, November 4, 2023 from 9:00 am-12:00 pm.

Ballots may be returned by mail or by using the ballot box located outside the main entry to Town Hall. To be counted, the Town Clerk must receive ballots by 8:00 pm on the day of the election, Tuesday, November 7, 2023.
