Facility request process: • All requests are taken and reviewed in the order in which they are received. • Final confirmation of availability and amount due will be made by phone or email • Rental should not be considered confirmed until final approval from the office is received. • Payment is required upon approval. • If payment is not made, your reservation may be cancelled. • Requests take a minimum of five (5) days for review, so please plan accordingly. Rental forms can be emailed to [email protected], or dropped off at the office. The office is open from 8:30am-4:00pm Monday - Friday. We also have a secure mail slot for contactless drop off, or drop off before or after hours.
