MyRec to Launch August 1, 2023

The Town of Cheshire Parks & Recreation Department along with the Community Pool, Artsplace, and Youth and Human Services are excited to announce the roll out of the new online web-based management software, MyRec, which will publicly launch August 1, 2023. 

Starting July 10, 2023, patrons can access this “NEW” registration system at http://cheshirect.myrec.com/ and through emails sent out via Constant Contact to create customer accounts.  Current patrons will need to go online to establish new customer accounts for their household.  Patrons can also contact any of the participating departments directly for additional assistance.

This initiative will create one registration location for all programs for these four departments, simplifying access to information, programming, and facility use.  The new system comes with web based online registration functions and a fully customizable web page where information, forms, policies, news, maps, announcements, calendar, text/email blast alerts, photo gallery and more can be posted and updated live 24/7.  These departments have been training and building the new system for the past three months.
